Mighty Mites ages (5-9)

Fundamentals Jiu-Jitsu
In this class we will provide you with an understanding of Jiu-jitsu. Teaching you the basic positions of control, the point system, and the fundamental techniques and principles it takes to become successful in Jiu-Jitsu.
